📦 Shipping options

• (I.e. Standard shipping: With A-Post within Switzerland & Liechtenstein
• 📅 Saturday delivery: For an additional fee, order by Friday 12:00 pm (Article “Saturday Delivery” (Add to cart)
• ⚡ Express delivery in Zurich: Available on request – Phone / WhatsApp
• ???? Filled balloons: No shipping – only Pickup possible

🔄 Shipping process

1. Add item to cart
2. Directly In the shopping cart Select the "Shipping" option
3. Proceed to checkout and complete your order.
4. Immediate shipping preparation upon receipt of payment.

⏱️ When we ship

• 📦 Shipping within 24 hrs After receipt of payment (MON-FRI), we ship letters on the same day for orders placed by 18:30 pm, and parcels on the same day for orders placed by 14:00 pm.
• 🚚 Delivery by the Swiss Post (Mon–Fri)
• 📅 Saturday delivery: Available for an additional charge with the "Saturday delivery" add-on.
• ⚡ Express deliveries: Only on request

• ✅ All orderable items are in stock and available for immediate delivery.

💰 Shipping costs (flat rates)

• 📦 Small: CHF 5.00
• 📦 Package up to 2 kg: CHF 10.50
• 📦 Package up to 10 kg: CHF 13.50
• 📦 Special: CHF 20.00
• 📦 Bulky goods: CHF 32.50
• 📅 Saturday delivery: surcharge (Items in the shop add)
