🛠 Instructions
The application is simple:
Pour a small amount of Hi-Float into the uninflated latex balloon. Gently massage the liquid in by kneading until the inside of the balloon is evenly coated (leaving the neck clear). Then fill the balloon with helium and tie it off as usual.
